Tutorial Tuesday: i've got nothing

monkeys on the bed!

Today is Tuesday (ok, now it is Wednesday...I didn't get this finished last night! oops!).  I knew this day was coming.  Sooner or later, it had to happen.  I cannot think of a tutorial for anything.  Believe me, I've tried!  I thought about another recipe, but since I've been visiting family for the past 2.5 weeks, I haven't done much of that...We are back home now, but we had cavatini tonight, which I already blogged about here.  So....I've got nothing.  But, that doesn't mean you have to go away empty handed!  Instead of a tutorial from me, I am going to link to a few of my favorite tutorials out there.  That way, you get your tutorial fix, I get some inspiration, and next week we will (hopefully!) be back on the tutorial train.

Here goes:

Ruffled Cuff Bracelets at Princess Lasertron's blog (which is fabulous, by the way, and you should all visit it!)

Enlarging your photos in Blogger at i faces (I actually just discovered this and am about to go try and resize my entry from this week!  I always just picked the "large" option and never thought it was big enough!)

How to make a menu bar at Monkey's on the Bed (I used these directions to make my menu at the top of the blog!)

Setting up a worm composting bin at Sailing the Hudson (Can't wait to find time to try this!)

Mesh scrubbers at Household Treasures (a good use for those leftover mesh produce bags)

Bias tape tutorial at Angry Chicken (This saved an apron I was making, just in time!)

Repurposing space in your home at Jodified Photography and Design (I can't wait to have a room like this for Lincoln someday!)

Sweet kid's thank you card at The Story of my Life (sooo cute!)

So, enjoy these tutorials!  I hope to be back next Tuesday with some fresh, new ideas for you!

  1. Repurposing a space in your home was so beautiful. I LOVE that kids table. I would love to have an open sunny room like that for the kids one day to have all their art stuff out and ready and not hidden in the closet. Thanks for sharing.

  2. In the words of Bart Simpson (i think...???) You are S-M-R-T smart. I was thinking we should have done every other week during the summer and flipped back and forth. Oh well. :0

I actually have a lot of Tutorial Ideas...just no time!!! ha!

This is what i want to know: how do moms like MckMama and Pioneer Woman do it? no clue. THEY should write the tutorial on THAT!
