and catching up on all the cable TV our antenna doesn't pick-up (hello, Food Network!). There are caramel brownies baking in the oven, and when they come out, we'll be popping in a pecan pie. Tomorrow, we will eat enough food to keep us going for an entire week (it will seem that way, at least). We get to spend the day with family that we only get to see a few times a year; and through the magic of Skype, we can also see the family we have in Texas.
I am thankful for my family.
For the safe and healthy birth of my son, almost one year ago!
For nearly 6 years of happy marriage to my best friend.
For traveling, even if it is a bit harder with a squirmy little guy on your lap!
I am thankful for the never ending bounty of food at our table.
For our dog, Wembley.
For our friends, all over the country!
For our health.
That I am able to stay home with Lincoln.
For being able to blog to stay connected with those friends (and family), and for all the new friends I have made through blogging.
Happy Thanksgiving (a day late)!
Hope you had a great holiday. At our Thanksgiving day table we talked about how lucky we are to have such great people in our lives. We are so thankful we got to know you a live next door. I am forever thankful for your friendship and your baking:)
